Starts with an HR call, running down my resume and motivation. Then a brief call with the hiring manager, and an hour-long open end question discussion interview. The last round was technical.

HR, written tests, two sets, discuss written test answers. behavioral, then the final round. A few technical questions. Not really difficult. The interview style is somewhat relaxed. No curve balls.

I had two rounds of interviews. First interview with Hr and second with the person I was replacing, which I thought it was a bit wierd. He asked about current affairs in geopolitics.

Interview
Very in-depth and intense. Technical aspect was not too difficult and is somewhat abstract, but behavioral interview and exercise is very direct. They really want to get down to the most granular elements of what makes you tick and your philosophical approach to work and the world at large.
