I knew the professors personally and approached him at the end of the semester and asked if he needed a TA for the following semester he did. So I applied through the individual college offices for the position and was interviewed by the secretary on how well I had done in the class and what my experience was.

It's very easy and they make it simple for you. The team is very caring and the environment is not stressful at all. They ask easy questions and it wasn't for a long time. It only took 15 min

Interview
My interview was straightforward. They had worked with me previously which really made the interview a needed thing. I would say the hiring mechanism at the school is wildly inefficient and needs to be redone. It is amazing that it takes three days to restart a job that you had done previously.
