I applied online and later that week got an email from a recruiter setting up a time to do an over the phone interview. They were very flexible with my schedule and the phone conversation lasted no longer than 15 minutes. Later that day I got another email with different locations to choose which would be the best fit for me.

With the center director, she was very nice and kind; there was only one round of interview for me. Mainly ask about your experience with children. Received the offer the next day

Initial approximately 15 minute phone screen with recruiter. In person interview with center director occurred fairly quickly after passing phone screen. In person interview involved tour and an observation opportunity.
