Process was very long, over 4 months. Many, many interviews with nearly everyone I could possibly interact with. Behavioral focused. Wan't necessarily hard or bad at any particular juncture but never felt smooth or focused. Half the time it felt like they were testing if you would just stick around rather than any particular skill set.
