Interview
It was smooth and very friendly. No surprises and very open minded and friendly way of interview. I was asked to observe a class with a very nice teacher for 15 minutes, however, it was actually great because you get the chance to talk to the teacher and see the class and nobody expect you to run the class...I guess the purpose is just to give person the opportunity of visiting a real class and get the feeling. Then I provided references and they contacted them and afterward I got the offer and now waiting to start my first day.
They were very helpful and friendly concerning my questions.
It was over zoom, and the director (in MD) was very friendly and tries to make you feel comfortable. It was informal so it was more of a conversation than an interview
