I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (New Brunswick, NJ) in Sep 2011
Interview
I originally found the job advertisement on craigslist. Called given number for initial phone interview. "Passed" that interview and was told to visit the nearest center for a face-to-face interview, with 3 references listed. I was surprised that they contacted ALL of my references. After the references were all confirmed I was offered the position.

Question 1
Questions not very difficult or unexpected. Overall asking about experience with children, how to resolve conflict among the children, etc. After the interview the director will make you sit-in on a class for about 20 mins, and during this time you should be outgoing and actively watching and participating with the kids, as this is an additional part of the interview process.
