Very comfortable and open, non invasive. It feels more like a conversation than an actual interview. I enjoyed the process and I got hired immediately. Glass door want me to write 30 words minimum so I’m writing this extra sentence just to meet the requirement.

Interview process is very organized, efficient and easy. They ask for examples and scenarios so be ready to provide these. They discuss day to day and go over your skills
Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
