The interviewer expressed strong optimism and enthusiasm about my potential fit for the role. They went as far as to say that they believed I was the strongest candidate and were impressed by my experience and skill set. First you apply online. A recruiter very quickly reached out to me. We spoke about the position and potential salary. I was referred to the Center Director for an interview. The director and I hit it off so I was asked to extend that interview into a working interview. I was disappointed that the recruiter had promised a salary that the director wasn't able to offer me.
