After completing two rounds of interviews, one over the phone and the other face to face, I am pleased to report that both interactions were incredibly positive. The interviewer expressed strong optimism and enthusiasm about my potential fit for the role. They went as far as to say that they believed I was the strongest candidate and were impressed by my experience and skill set. Their excitement about my candidacy left me feeling confident and hopeful about the next steps in the hiring process

First you apply online. A recruiter very quickly reached out to me. We spoke about the position and potential salary. I was referred to the Center Director for an interview. The director and I hit it off so I was asked to extend that interview into a working interview. I was disappointed that the recruiter had promised a salary that the director wasn't able to offer me.
