Horrible. The recruiter missed our initial call time. I shot her an email a few minutes later and she responded several hours later that she must have had the wrong number. Then she was a few minutes late for our second call. On the call, there were a handful of marketing terms or programs that she didn't know, which made it difficult to discuss my background. She finally set me up with an interview the next day with a hiring manager...and he never called. Their processes and/or internal communications are a mess!
