I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brightedge Technologies in Jan 2012
Interview
I take online reviews with a grain of salt. A review on this site raised red flags for me about the company culture, but it was only one review. Going into the phone interview, I had my guard up. The interviewer asked several times why I wanted to work for the company. The insistance was off-putting. Despite my undergrad being more than a handful of years ago, I was asked to supply my graduating GPA. Unless you are Google, that level of snobbery is out of place. The icing on the cake for me is their on-boarding process. The review spoke about hiring more people then needed and firing "extras" to be made examples of. Reading through the lines of the interviewers response, that does seem to be their MO. Not my cup of tea!

Why do you want to work for BrightEdge? (asked several times)
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Brightedge Technologies (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
A lot of phone and in person interviews. A LOT. It took about 2 months and 10+ interviews. After going through all 10+, last one is with CEO. However, before my interview with him was scheduled, the hiring manager told me they were cutting all candidates and starting over because the CS team decided to change both the qualifications of candidates and the process of vetting candidates. It was quite a lot of wasted time for both parties imo. Would just warn applicants for this company that they don't really have a set structure or hiring process. My would be team was very pleasant. It's probably the senior management who likes to change strategies frequently and expect the rest to follow, regardless.
