I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brightedge Technologies (Kansas City, KS) in Feb 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, took an analytical assessment, then had an interview with an Exec of some sort. I had 4 total phone calls with the recruiter. The recruiter was pleasant but the Exec acted like I wasted his time because I questioned the salary, which includes 50 hours a week at 41,000 a year. You are supposed to live, breathe, and eat sales (and be okay with being underpaid). I could definitely tell the company has a culture of micromanaging and little work-life balance.

Interview
I set up a into phone call with a member of the HR team that I had found on linkedin. The call was simply started off by asking about myself and my experience. Then why I want to be in sales and what would make me a good fit for the role.

Interview
Nice interview with a nice interviewer. Tells you everything you need to know. Was happy when the call ended and felt satisfied and ready for the next round of interviews.
They just wanna know that you aren’t going to give up and want to make money. Management is very nice but it’s mostly based on drive and personality. The recruiter is supportive the entire process and will help you
