Group interview, followed by a one on one interview with the manager. After the interview with the manager I was brought to talk to the executive director for a quick one on one interview.

What was a situation in which you had to think quickly? What did you do and how did you handle it?
"What would you do in this situation" type questions.
First there is a group interview on Zoom with a talent acquisition specialist, then 1-2 interviews with people who work at the specific community you applied for (your manager and maybe also the ED).

Group interview then one on one no one called me but online it just says not moving forward kind of disappointed with how it all went there were about 10 people in the group interview
