The process took about a month and was three interviews. There were 2 phone interviews and then they brought me in for an in person interview.
Ill start by saying that this was BY FAR the most unorganized and unprofessional interview experience that I have ever had. I was contacted by someone who I later found out was not a recruiter, which I thought was weird.
The first phone interview was a conference call with two associates. This normally wouldn't bother me but I couldn't hear them and had to keep asking them to repeat the questions. Also, one of them abruptly left the conversation part way through by interrupting me and hanging up.
The second phone interview was much better, although they asked me the same questions about my experience as the first interview which I thought was repetitive.
Lastly, the in person interview was not only unorganized but also extremely long.I was not informed where the building was and was never sent a confirmation on time, which was frustrating to begin with. Once I arrived, it was half skype interviews and half in person. I interviewed with 5 different people for approximately 30-45 minutes each. Every person asked me the same questions and it was very repetitive and draining by the end. Also, I felt I didn't get any of my questions answered because they would answer so vaguely and beat around the bush. I felt there was a lack of transparency and communication throughout the process.
This company is VERY casual and, from my perspective, less of a professional environment than I was looking for (employees were not even dressed in business casual). From what I understood, there are no clear paths or distinct roles in this company as far as growth and improvement opportunities. This may be a good fit if you are looking for an extremely laid back environment. Be prepared for mental math questions, excel tests, and lengthly interviews.
I was not upset that I was not offered a position, as the company was not a good fit.
