Brilliant Earth interview questions

Standard initial phone interview. Basically all behavioral questions - tell me about yourself, your experiences, what would your references would say about you. I had the same sales tax question everyone else did. The interview was about 20 minutes total. I received an email about two days later asking me back for a skype interview. The interview was a role play in which I had to sell them a diamond engagement ring.There were about 3 people interviewing me on the skype call. First 10ish minutes were another behavioral interview and then we went into the role play. Super stressful, and the amount of information you must know is pretty overwhelming. I was asked if someone with a nickel allergy would react to any of the metals they use, so know your metals in addition to all aspects of a diamond. I heard back about two weeks later that they were looking for someone with more experience.

I was contacted a few days after submitting my resume. I did the in person interview and met with three different managers that are all basically working the same position. This job seems to be more of a sales job then anything. They want you to study the site and pitch a sale for the second interview.. If you aren't applying for the sales team I don't get why they would have you do that. Overall it's aesthetically pleasing but, I don't think I had the "look" they were going for.
