The entire interview process took about 2 months. I applied on 6/12, had a phone screening on 7/1, a panel interview on 7/15, and a 1:1 interview with the associate director on 8/21. Questions were very technical and behavioral, strongly linked to the company's values.
I really liked the team and the role, but ultimately turned down the offer for various reasons.
Process:
1. 30 minute call with recruiter
2. 1 hour panel interview with 3 members from team, including team lead
3. 45 minute call with director
