Interview
There was an initial phone interview where I discussed my CV and was asked why I might be suitable for the role. The face to face interview consisted of competency based questions and a language test (I was applying for a role which required foreign languages). There were also questions about what I knew about the company and why I wanted that job. The interviewers were very friendly and put at ease any nerves I had.
There are three rounds of interviews - the first interview is a scanning interview with human resources then an interview with your direct manager and the final interview is with your direct manager and regional manager.

Interview
It’s a 2 step interview process. I had my phone screening and shortly after got the 2nd in person interview which is with the supervisors of the department- which was about 30 mins, going over what is expected and what the role is about, followed up with scenario questions. I found out the same day I got the job. Overall a pleasant experience.
