I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb in Feb 2021

Applied for this position in the first week of Jan 2021, they asked me for an HR phone call in the next week and then the next day 30mins interview with the hiring manager. Later in mid-Feb, I had 2 days of interviews with different panels which consisted of associate directors and directors. They called up my references in mid-March and at the end of the month rejected my application.

Interview began with the hiring manager followed by several one on ones. Most of the questions focused on previous research experience along with several behavioral questions. Each interviewer is provided with a set of behavioral questions however most of the questions seemed to be asking the same thing.

There was a phone interview and then an on-site interview. Had a 1:1 interview with about 5-6 people for the on-site interview, the questions were more behavioral along with a few technical questions. The team of interviewers were congenial.
