The interview process was simple and efficient, after the interview the hiring manager asked me to give her references. I called up all my connections and submitted the requested references the very same day ( 2 direct supervisors). I was waiting for the final decision from BMS team when I was called into the office of the Director of my current department and told that somebody from BMS had called them up and asked them about me. I had not given this person as a reference and had not told my current workplace that I was looking for new opportunities.I am now in an extremely precarious position at my workplace due to the complete lack of professionalism on the part of BMS. I am shocked at their complete lack of respect for potential employees.
