2. Technical questions
3. presentation that was prepared in advance
followed by a question and answer session

Interview
I interviewed at two separate times for two different jobs. Both interviewers were nice and made the style conversational vs. an interrogation. However, one felt like they were checking a box and not interested. They must have a quota to interview some external candidates even though they have an internal in mind.
However, expect to be ghosted if the hiring manager doesn't move you on. I was completely ghosted both times and followed up with HR. I didn't even receive a thanks for checking but they went with another candidate.

Interview
I received an email with a schedule of four separate interview slots that each lasted thirty-minutes long. The interview was fairly behavioral, and mostly me asking questions about the company. I received my offer two weeks after the interview.
