Interview
Had an hour interview with the team manager and then a few days later with the team lead. They wanted samples ahead of time, and had some questions they wanted me to answer between interviews. It went fine.
HOWEVER, after demanding all that work, samples, 2 hours of interviews, the Manager did not have the courtesy to reply to the email she requested, did not reply to me, and did not reply to the recruiting company who submitted me. Recruiters sent many phone calls and emails to ask...so...yes or no? What do we tell our consultant?
No reply.
Unprofessional.
Discourteous.
Disappointing.
You would think managers and directors at this level would have basic manners.
But no.
Think twice before hiring on here.

Interview
2 remote interviews, one of which most of their team failed to show up. 3rd interview in person where they had me meet with 12 people and do an hour powerpoint presentation after doing 6+ hours of research and prep. After that I never heard a response until I checked in multiple times. I later started seeing recruitment calls from various job shops for the same position, same team, at a much lower rate as a contractor. I suspect they could not get the position funded.
