Applied on a Sunday and had an email Monday morning. Screening with a recruiter on Tuesday. The screening process was a nice conversation and I was scheduled to speak to the hiring manager that Friday. After speaking with the hiring manager and discussing the position, we moved on to schedule a panel interview. This was a week later and also done online. I met with 3 others on the team and the hiring manager. They asked me a lot of questions about the BMS values. The interview went really well and I had an offer 1 day later.

The interview process was average. Was asked the common questions that would normally be given in an interview (ex: Tell me about yourself). The interviewers were nice and were able to answer my questions related to the position.

The interviewer arranged a call first and asked for all the details of mine and said will get back to me. After couple of weeks, the person called me stating that my interview will scheduled in couple of days.

Can you explain (in simple terms) the difference between generic and brand-name drugs? (Shows foundational understanding).
Talent acquisition representative and then followed by an hour panel interview with 3-4 individuals. Questions focus on the company values that is published in the company website. A separate call by the hiring manager is sometimes conducted prior to the panel interview.
