I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb in Aug 2023
Interview
Talked to the HR and then the hiring manager - not a lot of technical questions but the manager gave an overview of the work culture, typical day, environment, etc. Then proceded to a panel interview where I gave a presentation followed by ~15 min Q&A, then several interviews (usually with panels of 1-2) about my experience. The interviews were not very technical but more about my perspectives to decide whether I was a good match.
