I go to Drexel University and apply through the co-op system of the school. The manager came to our campus to conduct interviews. He was very nice and friendly. It was a mix between behavioral and technical questions. After the on-campus interview, the manager were interested in giving me an offer, so he set up the upcoming phone interview with other 3 managers. The phone was also pretty easy, mostly behavioral questions and then they explained what each position's responsibility and asked what team would I want to join.
