I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (London, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
I received an AI-generated email with an invitation for an interview. I responded to an email asking the recruiter what to expect during the interview, but I did not receive a response. During the interview standard questions were asked. The recruiter strongly felt I was a good fit for the role. The recruiter said she would be happy pass my details on to the hiring manager and that she would be in touch to arrange an interview the following week. I didn't receive any updates for 3 weeks. When I contacted the recruiter, I was not given any proper feedback to understand why there was such a mismatch between feedback given to me at the interview stage vs. the outcome. I was informed that I was unsuccessful but I was not given any feedback. This was rather disappointing after feeling that the first interview went really well.

Interview
6 person interview panel with situational based questions. This was a bit intimidating but the tone of the interview was light. There was a portion of skill based questions and then another portion of situation based questions. As this position has direct reports there were also many questions on management style.
