It was all BMS value-based questions, for instance describe a time where you had to take accountability, or a time where you were innovative.

Interview
Applied directly with the firm. Initial HR phone screen, second round phone interview (all personality type questions and questions about work history), final round all day on-site interview with ~6 different people (1v1). They brought you to the lunch cafeteria in the middle of the day to interact with current members of the team and paid for your food.
