12 sessions of 30 minute conversations, each with 2 different people. You heard me right. It took an entire day. Lunch was provided, and I got to meet with the director of the department, but it was grueling.

Question 1
Most of the questions asked for this position were not technical questions, but inter-personal questions. In fact, there was only one interview question that was technical, and that was:
How do you instantiate an object of a class in C++?
Clearly, they do not care much for weeding out unskilled developers.
