Started with a 30 min phone interview, technical and business, then an expanded in person interview with 3 directors and a newer employee. I was disappointed that I didn't get the position, but they were very professional, made me feel very comfortable, and asked real questions (not just the usual silly "tell us about a time when..." questions). Very impressed, and I will apply again if they have future openings.
