      QA Analyst Interview

      May 1, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Broadridge (New York, NY) in Aug 2021

      Interview

Interview was typical QA interview, going through the SDLC. There were also some domain-specific questions around the trade lifecycle, FIX protocol, and how to handle testing in real-time trading environments. I had another round with a QA lead and a product manager where they focused more on my communication skills, ability to prioritize bugs under pressure, and experience working with developers and traders. Overall, the process took about 2–3 weeks and was a mix of technical, domain knowledge, and soft skills assessment. Everyone I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable.
