I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Broadridge (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
3 step interview. Nice and friendly atmosphere. On my first invitation I met with the Manager of the team who described the company and asked some generic job related questions. I had to do a test of several pages: Compare and check figures, spot mistakes / 2nd appointment I met with 2 senior team members who posted personal and job related questions. 3rd time I met the Director who was interested in my personality and expectations.

Question 1
How does your past experience prepare you for this position?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Broadridge (London, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
3 stages of interviews, all done online.
The first interview was with a senior member of the team where the discussion was more role-focused.
The second interview was with the Director which was more about expectations, team dynamic and past industry experience.
The third interview was with the HR manager which involved a conversation about the company, my CV and any questions I had.
The overall interview experience was good, however what really let it down was the extremely poor communication.
I only found out I didn’t get the job, by emailing the recruitment coordinator multiple times, 3 months after applying. Every reply gave an excuse as to why I hadn’t heard anything yet and I kept being told to wait “a few more weeks until the Hiring Team make their decision”.
I would have appreciated it more if I wasn’t given false hope each time I received a response and instead told that I didn’t get get the job.
Frankly, after having 3 interviews the least I would have expected would be an email or call to tell me I was unsuccessful once the Hiring Team had made their decision. Instead, I had to find out myself by contacting them.
Such a waste of my time.
