I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Broadridge (Hyderābād) in Mar 2011
Interview
Over all its a great experience, to get into BR you need to be technically very strong.
You will be tested in all aspects and in almost every word that you specified in your resume. Make sure to check what you are putting in a resume.
Most important is that your last round will be taken by senior management. It seems that they are talking with you but be aware that that is also an interview.
