      I interviewed at Broadridge

      Interview

In addition to a phone screen, I did four video interviews, one with each member of the team that was hiring. Altogether, it was about 2.5 hours of interviewing. Let me be clear: I don't think any company owes me a job. But a company that I interview with does owe me one thing -- to keep me updated about my candidacy. After my interviews, I never heard from Broadridge again. How hard is it to send a two-sentence email? It's the bare minimum of polite behavior. Ghosting me definitely leaves me with a negative impression of the company.
