Due to Covid the interview was over the phone. Not even zoom or Microsoft teams (not a big deal). Asked basic behavioural questions and how you would approach situations as well as deal with stress. No real insurance related questions. Received a job offer the day after my interview!

Had one video interview. basic entry level questions about experience and skills and about what kinda role/career you are looking for.
interview request came through email and there were no other requests
Online application followed by single interview on Microsoft Teams, followed by job offer over the phone within 3 weeks. A background and credit check was required and Brokerlink paid for it.

They asked the questions you would expect about my background, especially since I was coming from a different industry. Some of the other questions I remember were about my approach to changing work processes, dealing with challenging situations with customers, etc.

the process took over 4 weeks i had 3 interviews, the first was phone screening then 2 zoom interviews with hiring managers and i was ghosted for 4 weeks despite them reassuring i would have feedback in 2 days. I reached out multiple times to get feedback and after 3 weeks they said they wont move forward with an offer. very unprofessional
