I completed three rounds of interviews (HR, hiring manager, and technical) and had a great experience until the end. After the final interview, I was ghosted—no feedback or updates, despite my follow-up. Noticing the job posting was removed, I’m left unsure if the role was filled, canceled, or declined. Ghosting candidates is unprofessional and disappointing, especially after a positive interview process.
