The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living
Interview
I was brought in for a one on one interview with the lady who'd be my direct boss. A couple days later I was called to set up a second interview - this time with the sales manager (again), regional marketing coordinator and the operations manager. At the end of that interview they invited me to meet the team. Meeting the team was bascially allowing everyone a chance to interview me. A fee days later I was contacted with a job offer.

4-5 rounds of interviews spanning a month. Friendly staff. Committed to growing the company. Recruiter is proactive. Seems like meaningful work. The timing of the interview and job offer did t work out but it seems like a lovely place to make a difference.
I applied online. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living in Nov 2018
Interview
Experience-Based process that will encourage you to rely heavily on your ability to build relationships and execute tasks. Not difficult, but not suited for an introvert. Those with sales or customer service background should not have an issue with the process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living (Detroit, MI) in May 2015
Interview
I submitted my resume after discussing with supervisor. Once a position at another community opened I sent my resume directly to the manager as well as posted on internal website. It took about a week for me to be called to interview. I interviewed with the manager and am now waiting for feedback from the interview to know what to do next. I am not sure how long the process will take at this point since it is the first position I'm applying for.
