I applied online. I interviewed at Brookfield Properties (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2018
Interview
After I applied online at the end of March, I received a phone call to schedule an interview with one of the managers the first week in April. The interview went well and was very laid back, felt more like a conversation. A follow up interview was scheduled with another one of the managers and the Administrative Assistant that following week. The interviews were average. The only negative thing is that although the interviews went fairly well, I never heard back from anyone regarding the position, even after sending them a thank you e-mail. I felt that that was unprofessional coming from a company of their caliber.
Was contacted through email that I was selected to schedule an initial phone interview. I had selected a date and time, fast forward to that date and I didn’t receive any call. After the expected 30 mins time allotted for the interview with no call, I had emailed the recruiter to see what happened. It’s been 2 weeks and I have not gotten a reply or follow up pertaining to my interview. Overall I’m pretty disappointed in this process.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brookfield Properties (London, England) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview was very corporate but smooth and I was made to feel at ease in comparison to some other big companies I've been interviewed by in the past. It's a massive company and there is a lot of policies and procedures they need to follow but don't let that out you off. Overall a positive experience
