Interview was facilitated with an HR rep and the direct supervisor for the role over Skype. They did mention that their standard hiring process would involve a phone screen before selecting candidates for a formal interview, but they bypassed that step due to being in a hurry to hire. The hiring manager seemed... disorganized, and he had very few answers for me about the role, its responsibilities, or the programs. The HR rep was lovely and very helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the hiring process.
