I received a phone call from an assistant to my would-be manager. An interview date was set up over the phone, which was within a couple of weeks. I met my potential manager and his/her direct supervisor right there on the site which I would be working. They interviewed me at the same time; it lasted about half an hour and felt like a regular conversation.

I cannot think of any. There were no weird, awkward, or irrelevant questions. It was a regular interview where they asked about my skills and why I was interested in the job. It was one of the simplest interviews I've ever had. And it only took one for them to determine if I was going to be hired or not.
