I applied through my university's career network and received an invitation for an on-campus interview shortly after. I interviewed with Jordan Strozza, the director of their office in Hoboken, and it was a fairly relaxed and easy conversation. He asked me basic questions about my background and interests, in addition to whether or not I was more interested in the recruiting or sales side. A few days later I received another invitation to interview in the office in Hoboken. There Jordan took me through the day-to-day at the company and explained some of their business processes in a broad overview. I then spoke with three other members of the Brooksource team in that office. They asked for some background and talked me through their positions and encouraged me to ask questions. They also asked some basic questions about likes and dislikes and where I could see myself within the company. At the end of these interviews I talked with Jordan briefly and then he set up a phone call for me to talk with one of the leaders of Medasource. I spoke with Medasource about my interest in a account executive role with them and received an offer a few days later.
