There are three interviews to work at Brooksource, the first is getting to know the marketing director. This part of the interview is solely conversational. Second, I had the chance to go into the office and shadow a Technical Recruiter and ask them questions. Then I went to talk to the Marketing Director and Recruiting Team Lead to ask any questions about sales or recruiting. In the last interview I spoke to the Regional Sales Director and ask them any questions about their experience, the company, and they asked me a couple of questions.
There was never a moment during the interview process that I felt uncomfortable or felt less than. Throughout my whole interviewing process, I felt intimidated. However, every time I spoke with someone from Brooksource, they genuinely wanted to get to know me for who I was. When I was deciding between the two jobs, they reached out many times to make sure that I had all of my questions answered and were so supportive. Forever thankful for this company!
