Eight Eleven, Brooksource's parent company, came to Indiana University to recruit graduating seniors. They had a seminar the night before the interviews, giving us a run-down on "everything Eight Eleven." Who they were, what they did, what opportunities they had, etc. The following day, they conducted one-on-one person interviews that lasted about 30-45 minutes, asking me about my prior experience, what kind of work environment I was looking for, what I was passionate about, where in the country I would prefer to be placed, etc. Within the next couple of weeks I received an email about a second interview, at my number one preferred branch. The following week I traveled to St. Louis for my second interview, where I interviewed with the office manager for about an hour, and met everyone in the office briefly, as they told me what they did day-to-day. After about a two hour interview, I went home, and received a job offer via phone call within the next week or two. Everyone was very approachable and welcoming, and the office environment had great energy.
