After meeting with Brooksource representatives at my university's career fair, I was invited to attend a group interview, which was really an informational interview where we would further discuss the company's background, services, mission/goals, career opportunities etc. They treated the entire group to appetizers as we discussed and took notes. They were very informative and happy to answer any questions that we had for them. A few days later, I was invited to a more formal, one-on-one, campus interview where we discussed my professional history and the specific role I was applying for, various responsibilities associated, how the position matched up with my own personal career goals and ambitions, company culture and different nuances within the staffing industry. For the final interview, I was invited to visit the local office that I would be working in. I got the chance to meet the office team members and get a sneak peak into their current work. The final interview was mainly conversational, in that we had already established much rapport and had much discussion regarding the job position and my qualifications. This stage mostly felt like they were giving me the chance to see the actual office that I would be working in, the team that I would be working with and get a sense for how the day-to-day operations would go.
