Applied online. After one week received a phone call to come to the store for the interview which lasted 45 minutes to an hour. The interviewer was professional and cordial. He explained what is expected of the employee in detail. The dress code was also explained in detail. Now waiting for offer of employment.

Hiring event. Waited in line for 2 hours and then made it to the second round of interviews. Also waited 2 hours to meet with the next manager. It was a very long process and it was for part time work so many people couldn’t stay for long.

Interview
The interview was very straight forward. You get interviewed by two separate managers and most of the interview is simple questions such as “why do you want to work at Buc-ee’s?”
Good experience overall. Very relaxed and personal. Felt more like getting to know me than trying to hire me. I really enjoyed it and will likely take the job. Great company with solid management.
