I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
Amazing experience interviewing with this company. The interview is a hands-on test of product knowledge, so come prepared to know about current trends. It's a perfect place to work for someone who loves fashion. I am obsessed with vintage & current pieces, and a shopaholic, so I felt confident in the interview. The managers I met with were both very thorough & took time to explain the company history to me and ask me lots of questions. I felt my time was valued, even as the store got busier, the staff was able to accomodate customers while I was interviewed.

Question 1
To pull out items from the rack that would be A) fast sellers, B) harder sells but still worth keeping at full price, and C) outdated items that should be on the sale rack. Had to pick about three for each category.
3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job
