I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Buffalo Exchange (New York, NY)
Interview
You end up reviewing questions, taking a personality test, taking a buying test, and doing multi-step interview, usually in three separate parts, which takes about 1 month to be hired, which is a long time in my opinion.

Question 1
How do you handle customer interactions?
When would you say this clothing is from?
3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job
