First round - over the phone introduction interview talking briefly about pas experience and how you would handle certain workplace situations.
Second round - in person interview where you sit down and meet with recruiter, your proposed team lead, and another member of the team you'll be working on. Based on your experience you'll likely be asked a lot of technical questions or maybe even a competency test (I've heard this has been done with other interviewees but I didn't have to do one)
Third round - review offer if you get one otherwise they'll call and tell you that the position has been filled and thank you for your time. Third round also requires that you pass a company "intelligence test" where you need to pass a drug test to get hired. Although even the Company founder will tell you to take a few weeks before you go in for screening if you don't think you'll pass. No pass, no hire.
