Overall the hiring and interviewing process was good. I had a great phone conversation with the hiring manager and was brought in for a panel interview. There were three people on the panel. They made jokes with each other and made it a comfortable setting. Everyone was easy to talk to. Even though I was nervous since I haven't interviewed in 12 years, they did a great job of making me feel welcomed. I felt they were engaged in the stories and examples I provided them.
