The process started with a phone screen with the corporate recruiter. Unlike other calls I did with recruiters, this one was very pleasant. The recruiter actually read my resume and had relevant questions to ask regarding my experiences. I did another phone screen with the head of the department the role was in, which was a great opportunity to learn more about the personalities on the team and expand on the responsibilities of the role. I received an email with a design "test" with instructions that I then brought to my in-person interview. The in-person interview was very thorough and involved two hour-long panels. I was asked thoughtful questions about how I would respond in various situations. It was pretty intensive, because of how long it lasted, but overall it was a great experience. I feel that the company did a good job of advertising what the role would be, so that when I interviewed and then started the job, I was well-prepared and not caught off guard.
