Very thorough and transparent! After you apply, if they feel you're a good fit they will have you schedule a phone call with their recruiter. Next step was an interview with a manager. I also was able to take a personality assessment. Then the last step was a 2 hour job shadow. This was really helpful in seeing what the job was really like and I was able to experience the environment. After the shadow, I had a short interview with their VP.

I applied online with a referral and had a phone screen within a week. The phone screen was positive, the HR person was very nice and the information was very transparent - she talked a lot about the company, the role and discussed the salary as well. I then had an in-person interview a few days later with the manager of the team and her. The interview started with a tour of the building, and then I sat down with the manager. He didn't really ask me any normal interview questions, which I thought was weird. He was more interested in what I was looking for and where I was currently interviewing. Overall I felt very confident after the interview, so I was surprised when I did not get invited to the job shadow (final stage of interview process). I asked for feedback and the response I got was "it's our company policy that we do not disclose those specific details with our candidates", which I found to be rather insulting and honestly a huge red flag.
