The recruiter, Richard, answered me quickly, worked with my schedule, and gave me a lot of good information about the company before I began the interview process. I will say that they are VERY thorough. They know what they’re looking for and it shows. I had one prescreen with HR, took the CCAT & Personality assessment, met with the hiring manager, the director, had a panel conversation with different team members, and finally demoed a product. They even offered two one on one prep sessions with the manager to make sure I was prepared. I’m coming up on two weeks here, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!
