I had 2 interviews, 1 included a task. I am unbelievably disappointed in Burberry, having gone through 2 time consuming interviews they haven’t even had the decency to communicate with me a rejection. Ghosting is disgusting and honestly just says a lot about the company, not somewhere I would have any interest in working. Also both of my interviews went over the allotted time which shows they had no respect for my time (I was working both times). The interviewers were very cold and didn’t seem like it would be an enjoyable place to work. Do better

It was a good interview. They had some questions current market situation. Overall it was a good interaction and got to understand the role they were looking for in detail.

Question 1
How would you approach the Current market situation?
Applied online and was invited to a HR screening call 6 days later. The call was basic HR questions less than 30 minutes but very positive. One red flag being I was told HR would not give a salary range for the role. Was told next steps and when they would next be in contact during the call. Still had not heard back a week after they said they would email to set-up a second interview, I only saw I had been rejected after logging into the candidate portal, no email, 2 weeks after the initial call.
